These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using smartbridgeit.ro, as well as the conditions applicable to quotation requests, orders, configurable products, software services, IT consulting, technical integrations, deliveries and the commercial relationship between SmartBridgeIT and its clients.

Purpose of the website:
The SmartBridgeIT website is intended for presentation, information and quotation of technology products, configurable solutions and specialized services. The information displayed on the website does not automatically represent a firm contractual offer. An order or collaboration becomes valid only after the requirements are clarified, a commercial offer is issued and the client accepts it.

Products and services:
SmartBridgeIT may provide configurable products, intelligent industrial IoT & AI Edge systems, autonomous UAV systems, autonomous maritime systems, AI robotics, integrated vision and sensing technologies, autonomous mobility solutions, industrial equipment, custom software, IT consulting, technology integration, automation, support and maintenance.

Configurable products:
A significant part of SmartBridgeIT products are configurable solutions, adapted according to the client’s application, working environment, integration needs, software, hardware, budget and technical requirements. Images and descriptions displayed on the website are for presentation purposes and may differ from the final delivered configuration.

Quotation requests:
Submitting a quotation request does not oblige the client to purchase and does not oblige SmartBridgeIT to deliver the product or service until a commercial offer is confirmed. For an accurate offer, SmartBridgeIT may request additional details regarding the application, quantity, budget, desired timeframe, integration, software, infrastructure or other technical requirements.

Prices:
Prices displayed on the website, where available, are informative. For configurable products, special imports, customized solutions or software services, the final price is established through a personalized offer. The price may vary depending on configuration, quantity, transport, exchange rate, integration, software, warranty, maintenance or additional services.

Order and payment:
An order is considered valid only after the request is submitted, the configuration is clarified, the offer is issued, the client accepts it and SmartBridgeIT confirms it in writing. For configurable products, made-to-order products, special imports or software services, SmartBridgeIT may request an advance payment or staged payment.

Delivery and implementation:
The estimated delivery term for products, systems, configurable equipment or technical solutions is generally between 30 and 90 days, depending on complexity, availability, configuration, transport, import, testing, software integration and project requirements. Delivery terms are indicative, unless expressly confirmed in the offer or contract.

Software services and IT consulting:
SmartBridgeIT may provide web applications, internal platforms, dashboards, API integrations, AI modules, robot software, IoT platforms, configurators, automations and monitoring applications. Software services are developed based on agreed requirements, and additional functionality or major scope changes may require a separate offer.

Warranties:
Products benefit from warranty according to applicable law and the conditions offered by the manufacturer, supplier or SmartBridgeIT. Warranty may vary depending on product type, configuration, usage regime, installation, operation and the conditions established through the offer or contract. Warranty does not cover improper use, unauthorized interventions, incorrect installation, normal wear, improper power supply or unauthorized software/hardware changes.

Returns and right of withdrawal:
For consumers, the right of withdrawal applies under the legislation regarding distance contracts. This right may not apply to customized products, specially configured products, products imported at the client’s request, products made according to client specifications, services started with the client’s consent or digital content/software delivered or activated. For B2B clients, return is not an automatic right and applies only if expressly accepted by SmartBridgeIT through offer, contract or written agreement.

Compatibility and liability:
The client is responsible for providing correct information about the application, infrastructure, space, power supply, software, existing systems, protocols, technical requirements and conditions of use. SmartBridgeIT is not liable for incorrect use of products, unauthorized installation, modifications performed by the client or third parties, issues caused by the client’s infrastructure, delays caused by suppliers/carriers/authorities or incomplete information provided by the client.

Intellectual property and confidentiality:
The website content, texts, structure, graphics, descriptions, codes, commercial concepts and materials created by SmartBridgeIT are protected by intellectual property legislation. Technical, commercial, financial or operational information transmitted between the client and SmartBridgeIT may be considered confidential.

Personal data protection:
SmartBridgeIT processes personal data according to applicable data protection legislation. Data may be collected through contact forms, quotation requests, orders or commercial communications. For full details, the client should consult the Privacy Policy available on the website.

Applicable law:
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be resolved amicably, and if amicable resolution is not possible, disputes will be settled by the competent courts in Romania.

Acceptance of terms:
By accessing, browsing or using smartbridgeit.ro, as well as by submitting a quotation request, placing an order or requesting a service, the client confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
