7. Prices
Prices displayed on the website, where available, are informative and may be shown with or without VAT, depending on the platform configuration and displayed notes.
For configurable products or personalized services, the final price is established by a customized offer.
- Prices may vary depending on configuration, quantity, exchange rate and transport.
- There may be costs for customs duties, integration, software, maintenance or extended warranty.

8. Order, confirmation and payment

- SmartBridgeIT issues the offer;
- the client accepts the offer;
- the advance or payment is made, if applicable;
- SmartBridgeIT confirms the order in writing.
Payment methods may include bank transfer, online payment, advance payment, partial/advance payment, staged payment or other methods agreed in the offer or contract.
For configurable products, special imports, made-to-order products or software services, SmartBridgeIT may request an advance before starting the acquisition, configuration, development or implementation process.
9. Delivery, term and implementation
The estimated delivery term for products, systems, configurable equipment or technical solutions is generally between 30 and 90 days, depending on complexity, requirements, availability, configuration and transport conditions.
The term may depend on:
- supplier availability, production, import and international transport;
- customs clearance, configuration, testing, software integration or additional services;
- product or project complexity;
- special client requirements, personalization or technical adaptation;
- situations independent of SmartBridgeIT.
Delivery terms are indicative, unless expressly confirmed in the offer or contract. SmartBridgeIT is not liable for delays caused by carriers, suppliers, authorities, external events, force majeure or incomplete information provided by the client.
10. Software services, IT consulting and integration
Custom software services
SmartBridgeIT may deliver web applications, internal platforms, dashboards, API integrations, AI modules, robot software, IoT platforms, configurators, automations, monitoring applications and other customized solutions.
- Software services are developed based on agreed requirements.
- Any additional functionality, major change, new integration or scope change may require a separate offer.
- Software timelines are indicative and may depend on complexity, feedback, data access, client availability and changes requested during the project.
IT consulting
IT consulting services may include audit, strategy, technical recommendations, infrastructure analysis, security, cloud, software, automation, AI, IoT, e-commerce, digitalization and decision support.
SmartBridgeIT recommendations are based on the information available at the time of analysis. The client is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
Installation, configuration and integration
Certain products may require installation, configuration, calibration, software integration or testing. These services are not automatically included in the product price unless expressly mentioned in the offer.
11. Warranties
Products benefit from warranty according to applicable law and the conditions offered by the manufacturer, supplier or SmartBridgeIT.
Warranty may vary depending on product type, manufacturer, category, configuration, usage regime, contract, extended warranty, installation and operation.
Warranty generally does not cover:
- improper use, unauthorized interventions or mechanical damage;
- incorrect installation performed by the client or third parties;
- use outside specifications, normal wear or accidents;
- improper power supply;
- unauthorized software or hardware changes;
- lack of recommended maintenance.
For legal entity clients, warranty conditions may be established by offer or contract.
12. Returns and right of withdrawal
For consumers, the right of withdrawal applies under the applicable legislation regarding distance contracts. In general, the consumer may have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, under the law, for standard products purchased remotely.
The right of withdrawal may not apply, according to the law, for certain categories of products or services, including:
- products made according to client specifications;
- customized or specially configured products;
- products specially imported or ordered at the client’s request;
- services started with the client’s consent;
- digital content or software delivered/activated, under legal conditions;
- products that cannot be returned for objective or legal reasons.
For B2B clients, return is not an automatic right and applies only if expressly accepted by SmartBridgeIT through offer, contract or written agreement.
Returned products must be in the same condition in which they were delivered, without traces of use, damage, installation, intervention or missing accessories, packaging, documents or components, if return is applicable.
13. Compatibility and limitation of liability
The client is responsible for providing correct information about the application, infrastructure, space, power supply, software, existing systems, protocols, technical requirements and conditions of use.
SmartBridgeIT is not liable for:
- incorrect use of products or unauthorized installation;
- modifications performed by the client or third parties;
- indirect losses, loss of profit or operational interruptions caused by external factors;
- failures of the client’s infrastructure;
- lack of access to systems required for implementation;
- delays caused by suppliers, carriers or authorities;
- issues resulting from incomplete information provided by the client.
In all cases permitted by law, SmartBridgeIT’s liability is limited to the value of the product or service paid by the client for the respective order.
14. Intellectual property and confidentiality
The website content, texts, structure, graphics, visual elements, descriptions, codes, commercial concepts and materials created by SmartBridgeIT are protected by intellectual property legislation.
- The client may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or use website content without SmartBridgeIT’s written consent.
- For custom software, usage rights, source code rights, licenses, maintenance and deliverables are established by offer or contract.
- Technical, commercial, financial, operational or strategic information transmitted between the client and SmartBridgeIT may be considered confidential.
15. Personal data protection
SmartBridgeIT processes personal data according to the applicable data protection legislation. Data may be collected through contact forms, quotation requests, orders, commercial communications or interactions with the website.

Force majeure

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute will be resolved amicably, and if amicable resolution is not possible, disputes will be settled by the competent courts in Romania.
